1. Introduce Spiritual Science
   
Introduce Spiritual Science in the curriculum. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:20-24 You will be surprised to know that one year of Spiritual Science is better than a thousand years of what we call religions or churches (The Bible says that a day in the house of God is better than a thousand years outside). Indeed, Spiritual Science supposes to have developed far more than Science and Technology.
         Three aspects of life are the physical, the mental and the spiritual. World civilization has developed the physical and the mental, but neglected spiritual development. It is the neglect of the spiritual development that is causing problems and natural disasters like earthquake, flood, wildfire, untimely death and wars. More and greater natural disasters are coming. 2. Use Good Teaching Methods
   
Lecturers in the developing nations should become more committed to their duties. It is your responsibility to teach very well, using good teaching methods. Remember that you are taking care of God's children, not just ordinary human beings.


3. Self-Knowledge
   
The primary purpose of life on earth is for each one to discover, experience and know himself. How come that there is no teaching about this very important concern in our educational curriculum? Jesus confirmed this saying, "I took my place in the midst of the world, and I appeared to them in the flesh. I found all of them intoxicated; Every one is ignorant and yet claims to be the best. That is why every nation is always trying to suppress or intimidate another. And every religion counts themselves as children of God, and at the same time count others as evil fools, who should be abhorred. Everyone leaves the Gold (God, life in spirit and in truth), in pursuit of frivolities (vanities, worldly gains). I found none of them thirsty. Majority of the world do not seek for spiritual knowledge, wisdom and life And My soul became afflicted for the sons of men, because they are blind in their hearts and do not have sight; for empty they came into the world, and empty too they seek to leave the world. The sole purpose of life on earth is for people to gain spiritual knowledge and wisdom. They came empty to get this knowledge and wisdom. If they fail to pursue and get these two virtues, they will leave the world (die) empty. The purpose of life will be defeated. However, in order to help people, God made reincarnation necessary. The emphasis is that every body’s primary concern should be spiritual knowledge and wisdom, life in spirit and in truth, and spiritual growth. But for the moment they are intoxicated. Each person is after carefreeness, worldly gains, selfish interests, fame, popularity, carnal pleasures, etc, which things do not profit and do not last. The result becomes vanity upon vanity, all is vanity. None is ready to learn the truth from him that knows. When they shake off their wine, then they will repent." When they understand the difference between earthly life and life in spirit, they shall seek the truth, which sets free, indeed. " Thomas No.28
         Thenceforth, they shall know that they are spirits, and not the body (flesh), which is only an illusion (death).


4. Avoid The Following:
   
• Sorting.
• Dating.
• Shouting on students.
• Negligence of duty.
• Teaching courses you do not even know.
• Delaying students.
• Taking pleasure in mass failure. The society should hold the lecturer responsible, if there is mass failure of his course. Mass failure simply means that lecturer does not know how to teach very well.
